Questions & Answers
Q: If GOD is good, why is there so much suffering in the world?
A: Suffering came about through the free will choice of man, Adam. When he fell, we were all born into sin through his seed, and hell became the default for it.
GOD. has been working to save us ever since by sending His Son, Jesus Christ to die in our place, so we can be resurrected as He was, and live with Him in Heaven eternally, as was originally planned.
Q: Why does GOD allow bad things to happen to good people?
A: The answer is in three parts:
a) We live in a fallen world where sin , Satan, disease, and death play a major role. He does not allow bad things to happen, He allows FOR them to happen.
b) Free will, (as opposed to GOD’s will), of man to do what he likes including hurting others.
c) In order to bring a greater good out of it even if we can’t
see it right now.
Q: If GOD is sovereign, couldn't He just make us all love one another?
A: The short answer is yes, but then our "love" would be forced, and that's not love by any standard. Like the Truth, GOD's Agape Love sets you free.
We also would be no better than mindless robots, if we were forced to love against our will.
Moreover, GOD wants us to be able to be free to choose Him or not, so He will not force Himself on us.
